Gourmet in the Sky

While working at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver I had the honor of collaborating with one of the most up and coming chefs of his time - Chef Andres Jimenez.

Originally from Costa Rica, Andres is a spit fire who consistently thinks outside the box.  He’s not only creative, but has a true sense of of working as a team.  Recently, he partnered with Lufthansa airlines to create their first class menu.

For all those looking for a luxury airline experience, check out this menu!

Colorful Cues

Did you know that the color of your logo says more than just what your favorite colors may be?

Logo colors play a powerful role in the brand of your company.  I recently found these meanings and wanted to share:

       Black = Luxury, Wealth

       White = Purity

       Green = Healthy, Natural

       Purple = Devoted, Visionary

       Pink = Innovative, Compassionate

       Brown = Earthy, Consistent

       Orange = Daring, Out of the Ordinary

       Red = Passion for your work, Powerful

       Blue = Trustworthy, Calming

Think about your brand - What is the service or product you offer?  What type of client are you targeting?  What are the values of your company?  What do you stand for?

Does your logo synergize with your answers?  If not, it might be worth looking into.  A small change may make a huge difference!
